Ive ridden a quad for 1 year, this is the second year but its just sitting in the garage, for sale, and ive crashed only once, no equipment, just a helmet, i regret not buying other parts of equipment, now i ride a dirtbike with full equipment, and without problems, definitely reccomending full equiment if you dont want your arms, torso and legs mummified

For the rule of thumb: Shift up = clutch Shift down = no clutch Does the same apply to 2 strokes? I heard someone once tell me shifting even down without a clutch will damage the transmission.

The easiest way to get better in sand is to get a 2 stroke.

I have elbow pads, knee pads, and chest protection and every time I’ve ridden without it I regret it because the crashes hurt so much more. I usually don’t even feel it with full gear.

Most everyone only needs a 125 2-stroke! 👍

You only have to worry about being upside down on a loan if you are gonna sell like most 450 owners but if you really like your bike and have work to afford it even by fiancé I’m not selling it no matter what so I can care less

No 6: 2-strokers are most certainly not cheaper to maintain. They will cost roughly 4-5 times more to maintain through the years than a 4-stroker. Rebore + pistons uknow.

No 6 - CERTAINLY not cheaper to maintain - a 2-stroke will cost 4-5 times more to maintain through the years.. New pistons and rebore. Bam. But I love 2-strokers.
